SOUNI PLOTS

Livein Properties have been able to secure a large tract of land – on the right of the village towards the Kouris Dam – which has been sub-divided into 45 residential plots that are now available for private sale. Provisional sizes range from 675m2 to 925m2, these can however be adjusted to smaller or larger plots depending on purchaser requirements. Plots are arranged around a central focal point that features a large open space with children’s playground, recreation and community facilities. All residential amenities will be installed including completed roads and pavements, street lighting, underground electricity supply, telephone connections, mains water and sewage system.
